I posted it because I gotten into some interesting ideas concerning time. I however lacks the education to understand the high level concepts.
What are some good sources to learn more of how time is really is that easy for a layman to understand?

I haven't started watching the video yet, as I don't have time right now. I would like to say, however, in response to your question, we have no fucking clue what time really is. Take it from me, an Honours Philosophy undergrad, that the best we have right now is proprietary definitions that allow the rest of our systems to work. There are many such definitions and, consequently, we still haven't really properly figured out how to think about objects outside of time, whether time itself is dependent or neccesary, what sort of conditions are required for time to exist, etc.
Would greatly appreciate a vague summary from a psychics-literate user regarding the nature of "time". The concept itself is incredibly mysterious to me in its relation to our current understanding of physics.

Time is actually a construct of the human consciousness. We quite literally control time with our minds. I've extensively studied psychic literature.

Did you study this literature in a bong, or just roll it up?
What the fuck is with the camera work in this? Constant zooming in and out, camera shifting, people who are talking right on the edge of the frame, and a pseudo-content aware scale causing things to wave.
Is this how American documentaries are made? To be completely nauseating?
Videos like this make me feel so small as a human being.

The world is full of infinite wonder and mysteries. Not just in a scientific sense either.
I was kinda hoping this would be a little less basic. There are some neat things to be said about time (possibly) emerging as a property of quantum mechanics rather than being put there by hand, and how it may emerge from something more fundamental in a theory quantum gravity. Huge fluctuations of the geometry of spacetime could occur on very small scales, meaning huge changes to the passage of time, so there's an interesting question of why time looks as nice and simple as it does on everyday scales.
Also, it's not quite true that if you reverse time, everything runs just fine backwards. In general you also need to swap the charges and handedness of particles.

Cool, I'll go and practice my knife throwing asap
So basically iv already posted?
Grand don't have to do anything then!
