Nothing. just thought i would share http://www.cracked.com/article_18792_the-7-most-unintentionally-creepy-places-internet.html
yea OP, what is your connection with that old man?
He reads Cracked
i remember edarem someone posted this years ago. it was great
I seen his image being posted alot on 4chan, oh I guess he also died, this was posted by his wife.
He has a great villan voice
I think he's dead now judging by his recent videos.
I think he's dead now judging by his recent videos.
he is. I'm also fairly certain he was a registered sex offender. then again, I'm also pretty sure there was some aspect to him that made poking fun of his creepiness a really dickish thing to do.
Wasn't he in prison when he died?
We don't even know the full details of this guy's offense. You can't rule him off as OMG SUPERRAPIST FROM SPACE if you don't know what he's done. It might've just been a drunken mistake for all we know.
give him some skrillex
To me, he seems like a pretty funny guy and not really creepy. Then again I have a bias towards old people where I find it incredibly hard to dislike them or find negative things about them. I am also seeing quite a few similarities between him and Vincent Price. [editline]22nd June 2012[/editline] In this video you can see that he is not really creepy at all and he is just an old guy having some fun. he got sent to prison because when he moved from florida to virginia or whatever, he didn't look up the law on sex offenders. wherever he moved to, it was illegal for sex offenders to own a computer connected to the internet. as such, he was sentenced to a few years in prison and subsequently died there

He wasn't allowed to upload any videos, so he got in trouble. There was a lot of stuff to donate and try to get attention because he was punished as a criminal for something harmless, he was just a nice old man posting videos. Just look at how kind he is in the video, he's kind in all of his videos. Painting his own shadow peacefully singing. And here he's curing a tree. I think if there's going to be a law that punished people for uploading videos while they're on a sex offender list, they should at least judge it on the content. [editline].[/editline] Here's the Wikipedia page. [editline].[/editline] Just listen to him when he's in court saying that he didn't do anything wrong. Again like I said, they really need to judge it on the content. If a guy's on the sex offender list and he's uploading videos of him talking about young girls, then it's appropriate, but not when it's a jolly old man making happy videos and handing down useful tips, that's ridiculous.
Fuck. Poor guy! I mean don't get me wrong, I think it's sick that he sexually abused a little boy and to what extent we don't know but that's over and done with and really he wasn't doing anything wrong. Can't believe a Judge can't give an old guy like that break. Now he's dead :(
Fuck. Poor guy! Now he's dead :(
They only said that he molested the boy so I doubt that it was anything more serious than making sexual advances that the teen did not want. That video above of him in court was extremely difficult to watch since you can see how upset and afraid he is, being the only sane person in the entire room. The fact that he served his time and got put away numerous years later for completely harmless videos is ridiculous.
Oh god, that news video is sad as hell. He said it himself, the videos didn't do anything wrong, they were just to make people laugh.
In one of his other videos his wife says that it was a non violent crime. Meaning he didn't touch the boy or anything. Also 5 years in prison seems incredibly steep for posting harmless videos on the internet. Goddamn.
R.I.P. Edarem.
the weirdest & best edarem video is this one
I remember him, he was actually a really nice guy, I feel bad he was sentenced back to prison.

Goddamn.
My grandfather got eight years for second-degree rape (Washington state), which means he had sex with a woman who was deemed "too drunk to consent" by the law, and she later sobered up and filed rape charges against him. I grew up not knowing my grandfather because of that, and then one year after he was released, he died of lung cancer. The law don't take rape lightly, even for "minor" or "non-violent" cases.

I don't even know what happened when he was caught with the kid.

Seriously, five years for a crime that was not even physical and eight years for "rape" because some woman regretted having sex and decided to file charges. Unbelievable.

:C Him talking in court was really really sad.
Should have worded that better. I meant 5 years was a long time for posting on his computer. I don't even know what happened when he was caught with the kid.
The fact that he served his sentence and ended up getting put away again for owning a computer and uploading comedic videos is not only ridiculous but completely wrong in every way. I understand their reason for worrying about him having a computer since he can lure people, but what the hell would a video do. [editline]22nd June 2012[/editline]
:C Him talking in court was really really sad.
I don't normally feel a emotional response to anything but hearing his last desperate words before basically being a death sentence gave me a sick feeling. The fact that he literally did nothing that deserves a prison sentence is upsetting to say the least.
R.I.P. Edarem. Watching the videos his wife made while he was in prison was so sad and yet she was so open about their past and what he was like before all the crazy videos.
he got sent to prison because when he moved from florida to virginia or whatever, he didn't look up the law on sex offenders. wherever he moved to, it was illegal for sex offenders to own a computer connected to the internet. as such, he was sentenced to a few years in prison and subsequently died there
What the fuck kind of bullshit is that? That doesn't sound very "free" if you ask me. I mean come on, nobody whose a registered sex-offender can use the internet there? Seriously, that is one of the most bullshit things I have ever heard. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to defend him or whatnot, but come on, aren't we all about giving criminals another chance?
