That's a pretty common rig. A lot of productions use those Mercedes SUV's because of how durable they are.

I'm frankly surprised there's so little people taking photos in the video, I went down this street the other day while they were shooting (I live a couple blocks away) and there was literally hundreds and hundreds of people standing taking photos, with police having to corral them
