Oh, so this is how Anita and Brianna work.
it's weird how some people actually think this way presumably the definition of brain dead
Holy shit, they nailed it. A decade or more ago too. They predicted it.
typical white cis male scum
This is truly the future
I have an userscript that replaces feminist with skeleton. Before I clicked I imagined it was just going to be a black video or something.
watching this made me really angry
I have an userscript that replaces feminist with skeleton. Also, it replaces " white male" with "Jew", suddenly it's like I'm in the 30s again!
"again?" you're over 80 years old?
That's the beauty of the Internet, nobody knows who you really are.
This is truly the future
You mean the present.
only the internet could make this sketch look like its about stupid internet politics
This is truly the future
You mean the present.
You foolish person, who posted this video. This title will summon hell itself, mark my words.
Perfect Bullseye. The worst part, I know people who act like the woman at the beginning, where they point out your "aggressive" tone of voice and ask you calm down while you're perfectly calm already.
You foolish person, who posted this video. This title will summon hell itself, mark my words.
Nah, FP got rid of it after the last few "SJWs don't exist" kind of people got a boxfort or got banned.
the funny bit is that the inverse of this is also true, tons of people respond to feminist critique in the same way with equivalent vitriol [editline]22nd June 2015[/editline] "hey maybe showing off women with big ole boobies and prancing around is a little harmful to the way people view women??" *people begin foaming at the mouth screaming "SJWS!!!!"*

Like being accused on the second order of bat shit crazy, if I make statement of critic I'll be called a person who get's foaming by the mouth screaming sjw on a demographic that isn't trying to intrude upon others while the part in question is under the prevision of identity politics.
To me the difference between an average feminist/socially-liberal/etc person and an "SJW" is the former generally points out logically sound arguments devoid of fallacies and shows real factually-backed problem points in society that are often ignored by most, while an "SJW" is willing to say and believe anything remotely in support about their movement of choice at the cost of all logic and reasoning. They are also willing to aggressively push said standpoints and movements, even in situations where it doesn't make any sense or holds no relevance. If we were making a comparison to political parties, the Tea Party I would argue are of the same magnitude to conservatives as a lot of "SJW" people are to liberals. Every illogical fallacy, terrible reporting, and means of pushing agenda that we bash and roll our eyes about Tea Party tends to apply to SJW-culture as well. Their motives and political alignments might be polar opposites but they both still tend to operate in the same completely stupid, moronic ways.
"hey maybe showing off women with big ole boobies and prancing around is a little harmful to the way people view women??"
I don't know where people get this idea. There's absolutely nothing harmful to society about large-titted fictional characters. What flavor of the insanity on this subject do you subscribe to? Is it "It sets the bar too high for real-life women to possibly reach."? In other words, "It makes women feel like they're being replaced." This is nonsense. What person do you know who's giving up women because there are prettier fictional characters? The overwhelming majority of this small minority of people who do swear off relationships were never interested in women anyway, generally because they're ugly/a dick/otherwise unmarketable sexually. These people would have been satisfying their need for sexual emulation with Playboy or whatever before video games were around, so why are you targeting video games? More generally, if genetic dead-end men want to satisfy their instincts through entertainment, why should anyone care at all? Who is this hurting? Or is it "It contributes to the objectification of women"? This argument might also be read as 'It treats women as if they're only good for sex'. This is equally nonsense. There are essentially zero characters outside of porn who are all sex appeal and have no other features. Maybe you get caught up at the sex appeal and it prevents you from seeing the rest of said characters, but that's your fault, no one else's. The reason essentially all characters -- male and female -- in entertainment are hyper-attractive is because it's a plus with no minus. There's no reason not to have it that way.
this is the first time i've seen someone flat-out denying that beauty standards can affect people negatively
I don't know what to reply with. There's a first time for everything? Maybe you should examine the content of my opinion rather than the context.
In the grim and distant future of 2015 all debates will be settled via weak-ass Mad TV skits.
In the grim and distant future of 2015 all debates will be settled via weak-ass Mad TV skits.
And dumb ratings.
In the grim and distant future of 2015 all debates will be settled via weak-ass Mad TV skits.
Weak-ass? Are you threatening me sir?
What the fuck? Only two African-Americans in this skit? What is this the 1800s?
I don't know what to reply with. There's a first time for everything? Maybe you should examine the content of my opinion rather than the context.
i did and the only argument you really use is "what, no, this can't be, you're insane, i disagree" (etc) the problem with unreasonable beauty standards isn't that they literally replace people (men are included, they affect everyone fyi), what they do is make people more self-conscious about things they shouldn't have to worry about - if you want a good comparison, just check out studies on penis sizes (don't worry nothing nsfw in the link) and how it's one of the top body concerns among men even though only ~4% of guys are outside the norm
