im totally okay with that thumbnail
When the car fell through the ice. "Shit.... Okay....." Oh god, my sides. And the newscaster that said "Stuff a Butt", was the same guy as this:
Jesus, That one News Reporter that tried to enter that one dude's store is stupid as shit.
Jesus, That one News Reporter that tried to enter that one dude's store is stupid as shit.
I really, really hope the guy wasn't charged with assault When media folk come chasing after you and following you with a microphone repeatedly, harassing you for details about something a family member did, they should expect to get their ass kicked for it. Especially when you follow them into their own private property.
The reporter in that pink coat was awesome
Jesus, That one News Reporter that tried to enter that one dude's store is stupid as shit.
If I remember correctly the old man had been helping his son out with some illegal stuff, which is why they interviewed him. The reporter clearly didn't try to enter the store. He held the door open and stood there. I hope he was arrested for assault.
"Maybe head outside with your significant other, or whoever else you want to hang out with" "Slow and slutty wins the race" Something tells me her significant other had a bad valentines day.
4:22 was the best one.
For some reason I lost my shit when those two women were standing there eating silently.
The reporter at 2:09 is so cool. Telling a lady off by making up a story about rampant STDs

There's no reason to punch anyone in the face over holding a door.
The reporter clearly didn't try to enter the store. He held the door open and stood there.
That's bullshit, he was clearly going to follow that guy in.
That's bullshit, he was clearly going to follow that guy in.
It doesn't matter. You don't just punch someone out. That isn't lawful behavior.
The reporter wasn't trying to fight the guy or anything, he could have just yelled at him to get out. There's no reason to punch anyone in the face over holding a door.
He was bothering him and harassing him, it doesn't matter if he wasn't trying to fight him. The reporter was literally about to follow him inside if the guy hadn't done anything about it.
The reporter was literally about to follow him inside if the guy hadn't done anything about it.
Let's go into an enclosed space we have no access to with expensive camera equipment with a hostile man that doesn't want to be interviewed. Sounds like a plan.
He was bothering him and harassing him, it doesn't matter if he wasn't trying to fight him. The reporter was literally about to follow him inside if the guy hadn't done anything about it.
There is something critical that you are failing to understand: There are other possible actions in that situation besides punching somebody in the fucking face!
There is something critical that you are failing to understand: There are other possible actions in that situation besides punching somebody in the fucking face!
Sometimes the old ways are the best ways.
He was bothering him and harassing him, it doesn't matter if he wasn't trying to fight him. The reporter was literally about to follow him inside if the guy hadn't done anything about it.
Yeah, but he didn't. He got stopped when he was punched in the face. His intent means fuck all if the old dude responded with assault.
There is something critical that you are failing to understand: There are other possible actions in that situation besides punching somebody in the fucking face!
how about we try not to be as naive as possible
He was bothering him and harassing him, it doesn't matter if he wasn't trying to fight him. The reporter was literally about to follow him inside if the guy hadn't done anything about it.
This doesn't justify punching the guy in the face. It's not lawful to escalate violence.
This doesn't justify punching the guy in the face. It's not lawful to escalate violence.
The guy made it clear he wanted to be left alone and threatened him once on the street already. It wasn't the greatest decision, but he was within the law to do it when he tried to go in the door.
punching people in the face does make for great entertainment
I can't wait for the new poop!
That's bullshit, he was clearly going to follow that guy in.
He holds the door open and stand there, not moving forward at all.
Did that guy actually pass out?
you guys do realize it was a store, right? It's privately owned property but by default it's treated like public domain until you are told by someone with authority over the property to leave. A mall cop can't deck you in the face for being a nuisance in the food court, why would this guy have any legal merit? The reporter was stupid for following him after being held by the collar and told that the fine for busting his jaw would only be 30 bucks (which he clearly didn't mind spending), but there is zero reason the man shouldn't get charged with assault. The FIRST instance is enough to get charged with assault, he physically grabbed the reporter, and clearly verbally and physically threatened genuine harm. I hate pushy reporters and paparazzi through and through, but I have less respect for people who treat it like it's an act of heroism when someone wrecks up a reporter or some expensive equipment
He was warned the first time and he proceeded to be a pushy little prick, and he had what was coming to him. It makes me sad that everyone cries about people getting "violent", that was a little love tap to the face and it was well deserved for his repeated pestering about personal information. Fuck the reporter, I'm glad someone knocked him on his ass. Those paparazzi types are slime. Furthermore, that gentleman was old and clearly did not want to be bothered, have some fucking respect for people who are twice your age and filled with twice as much experience.
There is something critical that you are failing to understand: There are other possible actions in that situation besides punching somebody in the fucking face!
the reporter was harassing and following the man into his store. he could have responded otherwise, but honestly the situation he was in was hostile enough to warrant a punch. [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] this could probably be considered self-defense since the man was obviously trying to distance himself from the reporter and the reporter pursued him. [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] btw he could also be guilty of assault for grabbing the collar of that dude. however, the guy still pursued him.
