Lots of games had bugs/glitches back in the day. They often weren't game breaking though unless you went looking for them. You have to remember that as complexity of software increases it becomes significantly harder to find and resolve every possible bug.

Only Mr. Show knows for sure, and he's not answering questions (he was too busy eating an entire pumpkin pie in the interview to speak).
The Ladder remains inert despite inquires, but some swear it holds the energy of that night; if Big Show regains it, he could reach unknown vistas of wrestling power.
