Makes a good point about this behavior as a whole being just awful.
I can just barely understand why people think this is a travesty while being unfazed by identical or more extreme examples of the same sort of thing.
Nobody's saying that she should stay Hannah Montana (that's a lie, I'm sure some are) and that's not why people reacted the way they did to her performance the other day, (well some probably did) people are shocked about the VMA thing because she looked fucking retarded, was trying way too hard, and didn't know what she was doing and also her ass looked like two smashed peaches being squeezed from a tiny plastic bag.
Honestly that reaction is probably exactly what she was aiming for. This is a radical thing to do, so to say, but it does get her off the plane of being a Disney star in one blow. After a time she can do a few interviews saying that she "deeply regrets what she did" and that she is a different person now, maybe top it off with a music album with a more serious thematic.
I was shocked for the above reason and how disgusting she acted while on stage.
I didn't know it was possible for a woman who used to be a role model for thousands of children world-wide to turn into this.
It was disappointing. I wish she respected herself more and Damn, Thicke is an ass and that song is for asses (but it's catchy as fuck)
