Upon further review, the driver seemed to swerve toward the kids. They're kinda both at fault. Driver shouldn't have turned, Kid's shouldn't be throwing rocks.

God the car tried to stop. It swerved in order to miss one and wound up hitting another. It stopped and then they attacked the vehicle.
They are just kids, they don't deserve to be run over, but this wasn't the driver's fault in the slightest. One of the adults nearby should have stopped the fucking kids from being idiots.

Always strikes me as odd that they have twenty people gathered around the injured person all talking at once. The kid also was resisting being put in the car so I don't know what the hell they are doing.

To me it looks like the guy in the car stops immediately after hitting the kid, probably would've gotten out of the car and helped him if, you know, they weren't trying to stone him to death
