On march 1st, 2010, Valve made an update to portal with the text "Changed radio transmission frequency to comply with federal and state spectrum management regulations." The update added 26 radios to the game. To get the achievement, you must find all of the radios and move them to a certain point in the test chamber the radio is found in. You know you're getting close when the radio encounters interruption. The light on the radio's switch will turn red.
Some of the transmissions were SSTV images, and others were segments of morse code. All can be found down at Kotaku: \/\/\/

The "beep beep beepbeep beeep" is morse code for morse code for "LOL."
The segment of code is double-encoded message which reads "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog."
