My Russian isn't that great (at [b]all[/b]), but from what little Russian I did make out from that, I'm pretty certain he just said random Russian(ish) words and then put in his own subtitles.

I mean, I [b]suppose[/b] you could use "сука блять" for "degenerate scum," but it more generally means bitch / whore / slut. (Specifically, something more akin to "fucking bitch", as in "you're a fucking bitch", if I recall correctly).
