I think it's a British woman. Us brits have a tendency to scream the first random assortment of letters that comes into our heads that sounds remotely relevant to the situation when a loud noise is audible.
As if getting your car pummelled to shit and getting glass all over wasn't bad enough, they park right next to a sign saying "Caution: Poison Gas". That's comforting.
