Brandon is always out of fucking breath it's amazing. Ontop of that, kickstarter and he says he'll have it to backers in 6 months? is he serious?

man imagine a mech game with this

I lose seeing new technology made for VR stuff, but the application of games just seems so inefficient because of the need for multiple apparatus just for the full experience.
Someone needs to invent a glove that would apply pressure to your hands in the locations where you touch things etc, something with enough force to prevent you from clipping tru things and respond to stimuli by applying mild continuous shocks to the affected areas.

On one hand the ease of implementation of the sensors, yet the challenge of calibration for different people. Mo cap has the problem of much more processing in comparison, yet calibration and reliability doesn't degrade as quickly. Maybe a sort of VR wetsuit would be more viable, other than that, this equipment isn't much more than the stuff you'd wear at a Laser Tag game.
this looks incredibly fun

It's the future of Second Life...
This, Brandon, is incredible. You want something to happen, you MAKE it happen. You couldn't be a bigger inspiration.

it's like every 90s pipedream is finally coming together and it kicks so much ass
it's like every 90s pipedream is finally coming together and it kicks so much ass
The silly animation glitches make it so much better

This looks like so much fun, I want this to happen
(Immediately thinks of a fingering game) Huuh guys I don't like where this is going
I can't wait for games that simulate tanks and such. This is going to bring games to a whole new level of entertainment.
Now hook it up the Omni and we're set. Unless someone plans on making boots as well.
Even during the FreddieW days I always felt like Brandon was the motivation and brains behind a lot of it.
