yes everyone have rights to freedom of opinion and expression, but Youtube is blocking/removing videos of users for expressing their opinion on religion, and is breaking their human rights for expressing their opinion.
Does he want to talk any quieter like did he record this video at 3am where he's not trying to wake anyone in his house.

That's my point.
Youtube is violating a Human Right.

I actually couldn't make out what he was saying since the sound of eating crisps echoed through my head.

Doesnt matter. Their site, their rules that you must agree too when you make an account.
They can do whatever the hell they want.

I hate when people say stuff like this.
If you make a video uploading website then you can make the rules and allow videos offensive to religion.
You're using their service, so accept their rules or don't use their service at all. Don't tell other people how you would run it and expect them to change it based on what you think.
That's my point.
Youtube is violating a Human Right.
Youtube isn't violating anyone's rights. Its a website with rules as any other. Not that I agree with youtube doing this, but dont be so dramatic.
So to an extreme religious person, would a scientific video be classed as religiously offensive?

I'm sure that they'd allow it considering it's fact, not differing opinions.
He said one thing that generally sums up my opinion: "You must realize that you cannot temper what is hate speech simply by how sensitive people are to criticism."

That's a very nice document but the US never signed the UDHR you dummy
Oh well, Less extremist atheists/religious talking shit for attention the better.

They only ban videos offensive towards religion, not atheism.
Although theists often claim that atheism is a religion, which it is not, they will just conveniently smite this opinion off the table.
So religious extremists promoting bigotry will remain, videos promoting reason will not.

That'd be relevant if Youtube was government owned but like Skelmech said, it's their own private website. Their house, their rules.
what happens to the amazing atheist
he ded

They're an American-based company, they're obligated to follow the US laws not to speak of post #3 and human rights.

Video in general is a form of media. Youtube is not a form of media.
Youtube is a private company and they can do this if they want to although I disagree with them.
So technically they're not breaking any rights here.

The US doesn't have laws that say a video hosting site can't remove videos they don't like.
In my opinion, if a islamic country wants to censor their women, good, alright, that's their country.
but if you think we should do that in America? Get the fuck out.
-snip- late
I disagree with this decision as I very much oppose any form of censorship, though at the same time, even positive religious videos probably create such long hate filled comment sections so all you are really stopping is people wasting time hating each others opinions. Though still, it is our choice to disagree with each other.

YouTube is not violating/abridging/impeding anyone's "human rights" You don't have any guaranteed rights to upload on YouTube.
