edit : whats with all the friendlies
fuck, wincing so hard
the worst for me is when they hit their head on concrete
What the fuck that seizure at 1:05
1:31
Is that Hogwarts?
Oh god I can feel their pain.
Oh god damn the last one.
Also the one at 1:05 is terrifying. Sometime ago I wanted to do some parkour and freerunning, but this is freaking me out. :(
Shit, all those broken materials
Imagine that happening higher up

The last one is a painful fall.

After that fall he had a fuckload of metal inserted into his joints and shit. He had some serious consequences in there.
What the fuck that seizure at 1:05
Not a seizure, he had the air knocked out of his lungs.
Not a seizure, he had the air knocked out of his lungs.
Are you a doctor ?
Are you a doctor ?
Talking from experience.
it didn't look like a seizure to me, either
although i don't know for certain
The one at 2:05 cracks me up, he managed to land on the only plant on the beach
Well, that's what you get for jumping around.
some of these it's like "ow that's bad luck" and you feel their pain, but some of them it's just like holy shit at least test the surfaces you're jumping on and against. trying to land on corrugated roofing and dumpster lids? really?

2:05 takes a REALLY special kind of skill.

And as funny as most of them were because you could see them coming from miles away, that last one is just plain scary.
Sometimes, I feel like freerunning would be a pretty cool skill to practice.
And then I see something like this.

That's rubber he's landing on right?
I like how the first guy's t-shirt says KO on it with a "know obstacles" subtitle :v:
2:52 "buena, buena" = good!
?
:v:
holy fuck that last one
the best ones were the ones where the stuff they're jumping off of breaks because those are just funny, but the ones where they hit their heads hard really make me uncomfortable
At least SOME of them cleared the pits before landing smack down. Some of those jumps looked like they could've had serious consequences if they failed there, so luckily they failed where they did fail.
I swear these freerunners are made of something else man, the way some of them just laugh it off. I'd be down for the day for most of these.
i fear pain too much to do stupid shit like this.
It's the house of pain, jump up jump up and get down!

It's not as dangerous as accidents would lead you to believe. As long as you practice in a safe area, gradually transition to hard surfaces and urban areas, and only do stunts that you know for sure are within your skill level and control, there isn't much hazard.
It's only when you get videos full of cocky people with poor skills who wind up panicking that you see injuries.
Isn't the point of freerunning to basically move faster? To go over obstacles instead of around them and take shortcuts?
basically why did that moron do a backflip over 2 small steps :v:
