Yeah it's a bit jumpy, but it was supposed to be all wack and out of focus in and out.
Re-uploaded with a better quality video, much smoother less hard on the eyes.
You need to work more on Video to Audio syncing.
You want the video to portrait what the music is doing.
If the music is fast you want a hyperactive as video clip.

I agree, it's harder than I thought to really get close and figure out where certain notes are in the music, I was going to try to have almost the skip effect when the music starts making a certain beat hard to explain but I am still learning the workings of Sony Vegas, and yeah it's the Xfiles Dubstep Remix
