That overuse of sound-effects was really pissing me off
I don't know how no one had died on wipeout yet! The way they land sometimes and bend in half or when they just get straight up thonked in the neck by some massive door.. Still it's hilarious to watch
3:00 looks incredible painful
I never fully watched these, but surprisingly few days ago I caught an episode on TV. I gotta say it looked much less painful than the above video.
Ragdoll physics never get old.
It's really funny how they've had to add a lot more safety features. The Big balls never had a mesh under them for the first season, which is where the most painful thing I've ever seen happened. One of the contestants wedged himself in a splits position in between the metal bars and the ball.
Wow I'd love a mod or map for HL2 with courses like that... or similar.

I enjoy Wipeout but they very rarely show the American version over here, the UK versions is just boring in comparison, the course design and Richard Hammond are just bland in comparison to the US version.
