All this guy does is churn out awful shit.
All this guy does is churn out awful shit.
Actually WatchMojo take suggestions on their websites via polls and once listed out they just make a video of what the people chosen in order.
No "Would you kindly?" from Bioshock? Really?!
No "Would you kindly?" from Bioshock? Really?!
That's not really a 4th wall break.
All this guy does is churn out awful shit.
It's not one guy.

I normally like WatchMojo's top ten stuff, but this was... eh...
No "Would you kindly?" from Bioshock? Really?!
How is that 4th wall breaking? It's talking to your character, not to the player.
really putting the stanley parable and deadpool into this list is retarded since these games are basically made to break the fourth wall. both games do it so much and it's an obvious and consistent part of the design.
That Batman example really scared me when I first encountered it. I was playing the game on an old machine so when it happened I thought my graphics card was dying and I instantly hit the power button so fast I didn't see it was scripted. I was so relieved when it turned out to be a joke.
I just skimmed through the video. No Max Payne? What the fuck is this retarded shit.

No Ratchet and Clank plumber? He subtly foreshadowed the third game in the second one and commented on Tools of Destruction being in HD.
I dont see why even mentioned Spec Ops the Line was on there, its not forthwall breaking. It might seem that way out of context, but its not.
I dont see why even mentioned Spec Ops the Line was on there, its not forthwall breaking. It might seem that way out of context, but its not.
Same goes with Assassins Creed
Same goes with Assassins Creed
Well, technically one fourth wall was broken...
I dont see why even mentioned Spec Ops the Line was on there, its not forthwall breaking. Also Dead Space 2 has one when Stross, an insane man, addresses you, player, as a hallucination.
Same goes with Assassins Creed
I got a bit of a jump when she started speaking to 'you'.
That Eternal Darkness looks pretty good but I guess it's only on old console/s?
That Eternal Darkness looks pretty good but I guess it's only on old console/s?
It's a Gamecube exclusive.
I get the Assassin's Creed example not really being a 4th wall breaking but how Spec Ops The Line isn't one?
It's not meant to be funny in any way, It's actually part of the story [sp] since the character is fully aware that he is repeating the on-rails segment from the beginning of the game. It is implied that the main character dies in the first minutes of the game during that helicopter scene and most of the game is just his personal purgatory/hell. The game offers much more in this direction like trees dying instantly when you look away, Graffitis hinting at bad stuff that will happen or simply billboards changing and implying story-related themes. Everything is EXTREMELY subtle and very easy to miss [/sp]
It's a Gamecube exclusive.
That's lucky then, I still have my Gamecube lying around somewhere. No Black & White 2, really ? When playing Black & White 2 late at night, the game will read your savegame's name and an unsettling voice will call you based on that. Imagine playing a godgame with all the lights off at 1 AM and suddenly a voice in the game calls to you.

I don't really find WatchMojo.com agreeable, but still entertaining. I guess what makes it so unlikable is the narration always trying to cram in the poorer top 10 choices regardless of how cringe-worthy they are anyway.
