It's not 100% clear what's going on at the start: The guys in the truck own the land, they run a club there which apparently does illegal shooting activities (and other illegal activities...like trying to run people over) The woman (the lawyer) is on the driveway to the club, apparently there to protest or something
(and other illegal activities...like trying to run people over) Gave me a chuckle haha
If you watch the other video this is some actually serious stuff. I'm ok with guns and owning guns but shooting live pigeons and not killing them right away is defiantly animal cruelty.
(and other illegal activities...like trying to run people over)
Elaborate, please?

While the Officer was dumb and ill-informed, he wasn't really an asshole.
Well, being misinformed does not mean he is a bad person or a bad cop. He simply just mistaken some laws. Some simple training and review of laws can fix that. No big deal. Though when it comes to law, laws are living breathing documents and changed regularly and can easily be misunderstood and misread. I've studied some laws and the wording can be tricky. That is why we have courts and lawyers, they deal with that stuff. Its the police officers job understand it somewhat to a point but not overly toughly like a lawyer. Though some mistakes I can agree too, the club member should have been told to step back and allow the police to conduct business. He had no business during the conversation, however that being said he was not being an asshole or anything to instigate the situation. The lady though, she was right about a lot of stuff. However she should have identified herself to police, just simply because it isn't that big of a deal and it will help with the report and document the issue. That just my observation of the encounter, not the other bullshit behind it. I felt she was being a bit rude and hostile, that being said though she wasn't doing anything illegal. This video is more or less "these cops are bad because this shit is happening and they're not doing anything about it." Looks like some people have had an issue with gun club for a while. That officer handled the situation in a good manner, i don't see why people would get pissed. Though at the end clip with the car nearly hitting her, we can go a lot of ways with that. So I'm not going to bother, if she feels that wronged or her life threatened maybe she should have removed herself from the situation and actually use that law degree to do something.
I FUCKING HATE people like this woman. Yes they understand the law, so when something happens they essentially rub it into the face of the police officer, being INCREDIBLY ignorant and pretentious regardless of how the officer is treating them. SO let's see in this video, they were standing in the driveway of the gun club, the video says they were not but there is not proof of that and when the video starts, the one woman is standing off the to side of the driveway. The driveway, while accessible to the public IS private property of the gun club owners, and the owner was in his full rights to call the police on this "lawyer". Not to mention she says "i think this is public access" then later claims that she's done research, i'm calling bullshit on that. The officer, going off the basic information of what is and isn't private property mentions the PA wiretap law which states that it is illegal to record audio between two non-consenting parties unless they are on public property, asks NOT DEMANDS the woman to stop audio recording. He never once claimed she was actually in violation of the law. He then asks for ID which is completely fine for her to decline, however she did it snobbishly and presumptuously starts saying how he can't ask for ID and should not (which she is wrong about), claiming that he was doing so in an attempt to arrest her for violating the wiretap laws that the officer "claimed she was in violation of" (once again, he never said this, he INFORMED her that the wiretap laws are probably in effect there). What the owner said to the "lawyer" is also true, they were being incredibly courteous and mannerly within asking her to leave the property, or at least the officer was. The gun club owner is obviously very irritated at her because she won't leave his property. The only incompetence the officer is guilty of is allowing the gun club owner to interfere. This is literally just another person with a camera trying her damned best to make cops look dumb, incompetent, idiotic, and pigs. Once again, she failed. It's filled with biasism and people who think they fully understand law. Now to get this clear, i'm not in anyway opposing what the "lawyer" stands for, animal cruelty is a horrible thing even for just the over abundant pigeons, but upon checking out their site, they're just a bunch of obstinate animal rights activists.
