Brohoster is being run by a corrupt asshole right now, and hundreds of Facepunchers are giving money to the guy. Does this not have any fucking importance towards the forums? I cancelled my Minecraft server because they wouldn't get back to me about switching my pricing plan. I was paying for a 8 slot server when for the same price I could have paid for a 16 slot server.

[editline]31st May 2011[/editline] Not to be an asshole Jake but since I am a former employee I do want to say that a lot of us did complain how you where not there at times. Shit, there were tickets that were directed to you that required your assistants only and yet they were still open for days on end. It was really stuff none of the team could have done easily without higher access and I believe we did ask you to do them a couple of times. Plus there was one time when you asked everyone if we should sell servers with no customizations for very cheap prices. A couple of us disagreed on the matter but you insisted that its going to happen even if we like it or not. Personally I don't think its a very good way of running a business when you make big dissensions on the fly and not really get people's inputs on the matter. Also I still think Matt was in the wrong for terminating you and I believe there could of been other ways of handling the situation. So don't take this as a "I hate you and you did nothing comment" because I was just pointing out some things. Plus I would also like to add that when I was working the support sucked dick, or from what I could see on my end. You or Matt, I really don't know, made it out that the more tickets you do the better. The numbers would be high but the quality of the reply and support was low. Just my two cents.

Thanks for not mentioning me on who was employed. That's actually really annoyed me Jacob. I was working for you and you didn't even have the courtesy to even mention me, you had over 6 employees at the time and yet you only recognised 4 of them. Sure what I was doing wasn't on the level of the others due to my time zone but I still helped Tyler when shit hit the fan on the tickets and that happened quite a lot. Also you hardly ever answered tickets which were flagged to you, for over two weeks. Which got a good few clients to get really pissy. Oh and there are the times when there were issues with the network or a box going down for hours. We'd phone you, it would ring, and ring, and ring, we'd try again 5 minutes later, same again, try again, straight to voice mail as you turned off your fucking phone. This happened over 6 times since I came onto brohoster, I didn't say anything as it wasn't my place to talk but it really annoyed some of us especially Matt because we'd have to go to him instead because you were never around. To Jacob, from what he said I pretty much didn't exist inside brohoster.
After reading all the posts I kinda want a job at Brohoster now. Despite all the crappyness and what not.
