1st time in norway and i was blown away by the abundance of them
it feels so unreal
Even Thugz Cry
Remind me to visit norway and die every 5 seconds when I see one. We have a few evs here, and even fewer teslas, but jeeeez. But hey they're easier to spot here cos they have blue lettering on the license plates along with EX prefix. For a "green" country, we have a lot of cunts who drive around in huge pollution machines, why the fuck is every other car I see a fucking landcruiser.
I've only seen one Tesla around here where I live.
I don't know if its the only one, there might be two.
We'll get there!
We do have a ton of Teslas
In my city we even have Tesla taxis
I've been a bit confused over this myself, I live in a relatively small town a few hours away from Oslo, and I see at least 6 of them every time I drive into town.
(flagdog is a liar)
Took 3mins to get to the explanation, 50s to fully explain it :v:
What is their plan to transition from generating their energy money from oil/gas exports, to something else? Maybe other countries could follow to make it work for them?
I hadn't realized that EVs could still hold decent practicality in cold countries like Norway. It seems EVs don't like extreme heat or cold. But yeah, I figured the range would be crap in Norway.
It's good though that their electricity is much cleaner than most countries, I think that is the ultimate goal to achieve, as cars are arguably only 1/3 of the major contributors to climate change.
If anything, airplanes, ships, construction equipment, and electricity itself are some of the bigger contributors, in the general sense.
I remember when the company bought out an entire store front in a mall I went to in high school just to show off two models of the Tesla car. I thought it would never catch on. Now when ever I drive to the mall I see the Tesla parking spot by the front always full of Teslas. Granted I live in Cali now, but damn these cars are catching like wild fire.
There's starting to be a ton of Tesla's in Denmark too, probably not as many as in Norway but we have taxi's driving tesla's now as well.

Barely any Teslas have been sold since January as the government decided to raise the taxes way up (if I remember correctly, they are now at 150% like any other car but don't quote me on this). Nearly all Teslas were bought before the change.
God i fucking love the architecture of these Nordic towns/cities.
I live in Fremont where Tesla is based so I see so many of them that I'm sick of them. Now seeing a Fisker Karma, that's a rare event

yeah apparently the hipster journalist that writes for vox has never set foot in the bay area...
Tesla's went from rich people pretending to go green but in fact wanting to save money, to a lot of regular people buying it. I can't go anywhere without seeing heaps of them..
