its not racist, he's not holding any fried chicken.
It's truth on so many levels but blatant attempts at humour on so many others.
It's satire, either way, so no need to take offence.
It starts out racist as hell, then it puts a light on police violence and white discrimination, then it goes straight back to racism in the end.
It's just a short that makes fun of everyone involved; it just so happened it was about blacks (and since it's a touchy subject he's guaranteed to get lots of hits and laughs).
