Say what you want about Blizzard, they make pretty CGI.
The one thing keeping me on the fence about whether or not I should get this (and I really, really want to) is the always-on DRM. Now, my connection isn't crappy, but I find that it will coincidentally cut out on me at the worst possible time.

in one of the cinematic previews from 2009 Diablo had a very feminine body, not to mention to 2011 BlizzCon poster had the same feminine body...

Despite the name of the game, he is not the main focus of the story. When he came back he was weak and not nearly as powerful as some of his brothers. And as we all know, the new main bad guy is even stronger than them. So where Diablo was the #1 boss in D1, Baal in D2 (If you're counting expansion and not just stand alone), this new guy is probably gonna tear us a new one. Where as Diablo's new role may still be a minor one. Clearly he plays some part in the story, otherwise why bring him back at all, but it's doubtful he'll be much more fierce than when in Diablo 2.
Besides, Diablo didn't really have any clear agenda in the first place. Raise evil monsters, attack the humans. Now we're talking wars between heaven and hell!

And It's obvious she turns into Diablo. She has strange visions in the cutscenes we've all watched. She passes it off as nothing, just stress from work, but the forth brother clearly takes her and helps Diablo take her over.
Hearing just "for PC and Mac" was music to my ears.

honestly i've totally been caught up in guild wars 2 for the last 2 weeks that i completely forgot about diablo 3. now that it's only 2 weeks away makes it seem like nothing, HAH to everyone who has been waiting for months/ YEEEARRSSS. feels like i haven't been waiting at all, and 2 weeks is just the right amount of time to get excited about this game again
I think I saw my mum play Diablo 2 when I was little and thought it looked cool. I want to get her this for her birthday XD

It's hardly bullshit. Each episode is $39.99 except for the starter Ep which is $59.99. If they were all $59.99 then yea it'd bother me, but since you save $20 after wards I think it's reasonable.
But to answer your question, no. It's the full game. Until they do a LoD expansion.

It's Hack n' Slash. There are dungeons, but it's not limited to just that. You explore caves as well as towns, forests, open plains, mountainous areas, etc.

I never thought that for one second...we all know Blizzards wonderful talent with CGI and most of us know the reality of the fact that PCs can't run games like that yet.

That's cause the manual back in old days was actually thick. Today the manual is in the game and they don't want to spend money on paper. Talk about dropping the quality in the industry over time.
