Hate these fuckers. As a teen I took care of my grandparents' land in rural AR, and they managed to completely destroy the road leading through it in less than a week.

I'm completely fine with this form of pest control, as long as they really do ensure the hogs die as humanely as possible. As far as I can tell, they will circle back round to finish off any hogs that are still alive.

I myself don't particularly like to see animals being hurt, but if it's for a reason such as overpopulation, or they're spreading a disease I don't see why people see an issue with it.
I just hope they were good shots and killed the animals quickly.

I don't like the video above your post, though. I think it's kind of assholish of those guys to be standing over the hog whilst it's dying, and laughing about it instead of just shooting it.
I understand sometimes the pig is actually dead, and the kicking is just a reflex (like when a human goes hypoxic and their brain just keeps resending the last signal it did, despite them being unconscious), but it wouldn't hurt to just shoot it once more in the head.

It might have something to do with the sound attracting more pigs to kill. I know for a fact a wounded crow has that effect on crows.
