There were occasionally specials on really early morning Cartoon Network or Boomerang that would showcase old cartoons. I'm fairly certain I saw it on one of those.
I remember this being posted everywhere when the wave of Russian kids who thought posting That Cat would get them Rust keys hit lmao pics.
