I'm not gonna lie, that one with the dude who wrote that letter... I kinda cried, that was too much, that guy is seriously an awesome human being.

Best way to put it, is it's similar to the bystander effect.
On the OP's video, the second guy who wrote that message actually made me start crying, there need to be more people like him in the world.
I've noticed that in a lot of these videos the dispute is between an employee and a patron. I think this could make a big difference because someone like a waiter/waitress getting involved in anybody's personal affairs in completely inappropriate under any circumstance. I wonder what would happen if this occurred between 2 customers instead?
