Is the DLC worth getting? Got a bit bored of Fallout once I beat the main storyline.
Is the DLC worth getting? Got a bit bored of Fallout once I beat the main storyline.
Very short
from what it seems it seems to be a good addition to the crafting/settlement idea, except applying it to any and all robots. A good idea but really don't think it should have been a season pass dlc.
Its a good DLC for what it is, probably worth it if you got the season pass on the cheap. But not for the stand alone price.

If you don't intend to/can't mod the game then I would say wait for a sale, but the robot building opens up massive modding capabilities that I think makes it worth $10.

I'm not sure it's worth $10 though, I got it as a part of the season pass I bought back when it was $30, so personally I'm pretty happy with it.

I can totally see myself just building various different bots to patrol my settlements, but $10 is still pretty steep. I'd either wait for a sale or bite the bullet and nab the season pass.
Is the DLC worth getting? Got a bit bored of Fallout once I beat the main storyline.
very short, recommended only if you like making modular robits
I'm just glad that I managed to get the game+season pass on GMG for basically the cost of the base game thanks to a code.
very short, recommended only if you like making modular robits
That's my kind of game! :v: I really need to get started though, it's been collecting dust with PP since the college Spring Semester. With all the talks of building your own robots and taking down a robot army is a missed opportunity to have multiplayer elements. Imagine coming across someone's custom robot and you wanted to fight it. The winner will get a part of the losers robot, without any permanent loss and allowing more customization options. Imagine have Dark Souls II style fight clubs, but with your own robots. New updates could add new parts.
Very short
It's quest isn't the point of the dlc
Is the DLC worth getting? Got a bit bored of Fallout once I beat the main storyline.
I can summarize the story of the DLC in one sentence. It's short and you get one extra dungeon and a new companion type. Story: [sp]Mechanist takes over some robot factory thing and builds robots with the prime directive to help people but they have some flawed logic and instead kill people.[/sp]
It's quest isn't the point of the dlc
But for someone that states that they got bored after completing the main story, they're clearly playing for quests So i'm letting him know the quest is short?
