Seagulls are such a pain. Where I live, they hire a dude with a falcon to take them down and scare them off. Works for a while after he does it, but they always come back
My granddad bought an air rifle with the intent of shooting pigeons and seagulls that keep perching on his roof, can't say I blame him - they're a nuisance, there's way too many of them out there and they're pushing other bird species out so regardless of whether or not it's legal it's kind of a necessary evil.
I don't blame it. It aint easy being out there in nature, having to fend for yourself.
