This really fuels my nostalgia when indev wasn't a thing and I just went to private servers and started building gigantic towers and pixel art.
I love how he always finds space for his cat.
For me this is probably the best thing to come out of Minecraft. When I used to play it having this track suddenly come on just made things so much better.
It has a really strong "avril 14th" vibe to it

I miss when Minecraft was really mysterious to me like when I first started playing.
It's really lost that mystery factor now that there's merch for it everywhere now.

It's not the merchandise that makes it that way. It still is an awesome game for people who haven't played it. It's just a lot of us have exhausted the vanilla content for the game.

I think it's just gone because you found everything.
The game is still amazing, it's just that the community burnt it out.

The music I always leave on, such as this tune; makes you feel relaxed and just want to explore.

You mean the lego online simulator that quickly got boring from lack of anything to do.
Does he use sound filters? Sounds like it. I wish he didn't, I'd rather listen to his pure awesome voice.
Whatcha talking about Minecraft is still as fun, just for a couple weeks every couple of months though. Not all the time but still delivers every now and then.
If you look aside from it's a frankstein of a mess of coding it's still a good game.
