tetanus isn't present in metal. the idea that you get it from stepping on a nail comes from the fact that if you step on a nail it's probably been in the dirt for a while. you can get tetanus from walking barefoot in dirt that contains no metal whatsoever if you have a cut on your foot.
These guys are pretty great. I've only recently started watching their videos, but they always find a way to make it interesting.
Here's another good one:

Oh nice, the logical continuation of the glass board they got a while back.
that was tense as fuck
That was boring.
I've been subscribed to them for months now and honestly every video is entertaining.
The entire video I was waiting for the board to get stuck in someone's shoe, but not actually hurt them. Maybe I'm too used to watching Camp Kill Yourself, but most of them were super scared of that board. One guy got a scrape on his lower shin, and everyone was like "OMG THATS DEEP!". Honestly it looked like the nails could be a viable alternative to griptape, if only the nails were shorter and not actually sharp.
If you spread the weight as evenly as possible over the nails, especially using shoes your chances of being harmed are dramatically small as demonstrated in the video. I get why some of them were so afraid.
