Doesn't it go without saying that any superhero movie could be amazing? There are so many good stories for every hero or villain that make them popular enough to warrant a movie. Take [I]The Killing Joke[/I] for example, it's regarded as one of the greatest Batman comics of all time yet the film version was very poor. All heroes well-known enough to warrant a movie will have very good stories from at least somewhere down the line, the issue is whether or not the director and writers are competent enough to make a good film and the factor of corporate meddling.

If they somehow make it look functional instead of just gigantic and ray shaped for no reason it could be cool in a movie.
