It's an absolute bitch to use, and aiming is almost impossible as you can only look left to right in sharp increments. There's also around 500m/s of latency from playing a note to having it respond ingame. I tried using it in a real game but there's no way to kill a real player.

guitar DI into REAPER's ReaTune plugin; it has an option to output note data as MIDI. From there just set your routing up into the right programs and you can control keystroke inputs with MIDI!
