The most Autistic Defacing ever.

Also I tried to find the image version of it, so I searched by image, and I get this.

_EDIT_
Forgot to include what happened with the Flag.

That's nuts, but interesting how it was found.
Damn, only a day to find it?
Some anon with an autistic plane fascination found a single flag on a stream faster than the CIA could probably hope to do with forensic and investigative experts.
impressive but embarassing

How?
This is a beautiful thing right here
How?
Going to such lengths for pointless shit like this that's done for MEME MAGIC XD or whatever is extremely childish and embarassing. I guess that's how people want politics to work nowadays though.

I'll admit I'm not well informed on the stuff posted above. My opinion still stands that they're free to do it, but I'm free to think less of them for being such manchildren about it and I wish this trend of /pol/ behavior becoming socially acceptable would reverse soon
Stuff like finding terrorists as posted above is good, but going to such lengths for pointless shit like this that's done for MEME MAGIC XD or whatever is extremely childish and embarassing. I guess that's how people want politics to work nowadays though.
Shia's HWNDU thing is equally as pathetic as the anons trying to troll him, if not more. At least the 4chan trolls are actually entertaining.
If the internet wants to fuck with you, beware.

the examples above are syrian rebels

Imagine taking a dumb prank on an equally dumb art piece or whatever you want to call it this seriously.
Have a laugh and move on, dunno why you're so up in arms about this.
Couldn't be that difficult.
You get information about all the planes flying on the globe with flightradar24.
Look at the weather report of the USA, this includes direction of wind and cloud patterns.
Seeing sun rise or fall at a specific time also gives you an estimate on which longitude the flag could be.
Now add it all together, and tell some anons look at the few estimated locations.

You're oversimplifying how much effort and collaboration with other people that would really take. By a lot.
I can't believe it only took them a day, that's insane.

i find it crazy that you have literal dissenters in your country because "lol i hate normies"
the syrian rebels are the people fighting against assads regime... how dumb do you have to be to want to kill the people you're pretty much allied with

can't mossad the assad
Truly we live in the greatest of timelines

the CIA-backed syrian rebels were a motley crew and corruption spread pretty fast within them. they were poorly trained and poorly monitored. rebel groups are the ones beheading and training suicide bomb children. they're the ones who rejected the secular and western sanctioned coalition to replace assad with sharia law. they lead the assault on aleppo which got us into that bloody fucking battle.

same could be said for the various mujahideen sects, al qaeda, or any other rebellious organizations we've funded in the past... it usually always ends bad like you said due to corruption but backing the regimes they face or letting them to their own devices is probably not a good idea. it's really hard to say in most cases.
although this is pretty off topic lol

ok, so i'm not sure i'm understanding you. are you agreeing with me? or maybe i misunderstood your previous post.
who are the dissenters in "our country"? it sounds like you're calling /pol/ and /sg/ dumb for wanting to bomb syrian rebels.
syrian rebels are not our allies. our news agencies might report very nice things about syrian rebels, like tweets from fake accounts claiming to be little girls "being bombed by assad", but in no way are the actions of syrian rebels the actions a nation such as our own or russia's own should ally with.
regardless, /pol/ and /sg/ can do what the CIA pretty much can't and that's both embarrassing and amazing. the shit you can do with a group of people determined for a quick laugh.

okay yea dissenters was a pretty dumb word for me to use there. I'm pretty much at it from the point of view; your country is backing this entity, spending your tax dollars to arm; and you decide to give info to the russian military to kill them, just for a laugh.
i think that's dumb
also i can see how it's confusing where i said "your country", I just meant the american users.

is it the russians or americans who are doing the right thing then? i mean, both have backed up some shady ass shit but the rebels are not exactly the best sort of people to support
you could call it a lot of bang for your buck

The CIA uses the chans as a tool, it's actually amazing. Honestly one of their more powerful tools too, they even setup a meme-team, and relations division specifically for it lmao.
impressive but embarassing
They're having fun with some real life puzzles, why is that embarassing at all?
They're having fun with some real life puzzles, why is that embarassing at all?
Personally I think it's a good thing. Autistic people need an outlet for their creativity. If this lets the little guys feel important for a few days why not let them?
EDIT: Aw, what's the matter guys? So much for the "it's just a joke, calm down!" mindset, huh?

lol how terribly condescending
people here spend countless hours and days 'wasting' their time on video games but finding a flag within a day and making a funny video about it is a step too far for some FPers, it seems.
If you remove the fact that it was done by a bunch of alt-righters, this prank would still be fucking hilarious. Nobody was harmed doing this. Put your political views aside for a bit and appreciate how incredible it is.
Honestly what Shia should do is just keep placing more flags around the world for people to get
As long as there's a new flag he will not divide us :v:
