That's a really tiny glitch but even at that, its a really stupid mistake for them to make.
bangarang was a good/bad choice.
Come on. This is a really tiny bug. It doesn't even affect the gameplay.

I thought about making one of these, at the intro scene look at the helicopter, the guard and the scientist, both are walking towards the chopper then out of nowhere the scientist disappears.
they really fucked up with model clipping

This mod was worth the wait.
In the section where the test chamber blows up and you get teleported here and there and everywhere and end up in front of four Vortigaunts, they all started walking towards me, stopped, and then the one on the far left just winked out of existence right in front of me The others didn't seem to care too much about the fact that their friend had just suffered a spontaneous existence failure and just gestured vaguely in my direction Maybe they thought it was my fault :(

What was so important going on to the right of me I will never know
Every person that's scripted to fall over and die from an injury (all those wounded people on the floor that briefly talk to you or are otherwise alive when you find them) spazzes out for me. They're fine up until the point where they die, then their limbs fly around and smack into things for a bit before their body settles. The scientist complaining about having to wear ties in the beginning stood up and disappeared right in front of my eyes too; guess he really hated those ties and decided to cease existing. Aside from that though I haven't seen anything too strange.
I was really annoyed the way the transitsystem Vox was talking like. Welcome.... to...................... black............................................. mesa......................................................................................................
There's so much model clipping in Black Mesa it's not even funny..
I saw a glitch where what I'm guessing happened is two animations for a scientist tried to mix. He had his arms crossed, then I tried to get him to talk and his hands stayed where they were but his arms went through his body.
