the only thing that bugged me was the heavy not being huge. everyone else looked fine to me. it was pretty cute. i'm sure if you keep drawing your art style will only improve. i agree it's not great, but it's definitely not something to sneeze at.
It's really rather impressive what you can create with the extensive number of voice lines in Team Fortress 2.

I think what sets this guy's work apart from others is that he actually has timing down really well. Like in the Medic video, the Merasmus thing puts me in stitches because of how well timed it is, or when they plop down to look at the [sp]bacon[/sp] sandvich.
It should have turned into scrap metal.

Merasmus made me bust a gut, too. Overall, the videos seem to have heart in 'em.
