The world must know.
I hope this will be just as complex as the older games (Well, maybe a little easier, but you can still play the harder mode)
I'm just worried it might turn into something really kiddy.
FUCK YES AUTOSAURUS WRECKS IS BACK BABY
Sim City 4 is probably the best Sim City of all time. They're going to have a really hard time topping it, or even coming up to the bar it set.

Hopefully this one gets a tutorial. I loved the older Sim City games, but I was so bad at them.
This needs to be a game for adults too, not for casual people who want to sit down and have a go at making a city. This isn't cityville or whatever the fuck people play on facebook nowadays. I want complexity and innovation, along with massive region maps. Maybe even some integration into the Sims 3? It was a silly thing in SimCity 4, but it was just one of those little features that made the game feel like it was a work of art, and not just something pumped out to generate a profit and move on.

learning by trial and error is great in this games because when you're learning you're making thousand of virtual people's lives miserable
also between the trailer and the opening logo id say it's not a good indication of this being an adult / hardcore game
Ah Maxis.
Why does it look like there are two separate cities, and they meet on the bridge. Looks like they bout to fight it out.
Don't fuck it up ea.

I kind of get that but that sounds a little... Societies-ish.
You guys worry too much about 5th. this is being developed by Maxis, SC veterans. It'd be kind of dumb if they choose the Society path, which was made by Tilted Mill Entertainment or whatever.
