Wasn't your band called something else before?

yeah, it was called polaris. way too many bands called polaris though. we decided to go with primatta for three reasons: 1. it's the portuguese word for "primate" (with two t's though) 2. it relates to our mascot. 3. it relates to brazil (since it's a portuguese word) it's still the same band though, except for the bassist and the fact that we got rid of 60% of our songs to make way for new, better stuff like this: [media]http://soundcloud.com/menter/hazard-pay-speak-no-evil-demo[/media]

It fills my heart with joy to see Polaris live on. The vocals in this song remind me of another band, though. I can't quite put my finger on it - it feels like a merger of Sacred Reich and another band, though I can't think of who at the moment.
