The wife can't even string a sentence together
Dumb cunt.
is this illegal? I'm not familiar with laws in America.
So... I guess they're trying to make some sort of point here?
He looks inbred. Honestly.
I can just hear the trailer trash in the woman's voice.
So... I guess they're trying to make some sort of point here?
I think the point is rather obvious. If open carry is legal then the police officers aren't properly trained and educated on the law, and therefore shouldn't have been allowed to carry out such an important task as protecting citizens is.
Reminds me of those people who question border control, get all caught up with them, get it all on camera, then call the vid something like "illegal border control checkpoint"
The issue with open carry is that people become afraid since nobody knows what you're going to do with that gun, whether it's empty, loaded, under the right specifications for open carry or totally illegal to open carry. A cop cannot make these guesses from looking at the gun alone, no matter how educated. That means they have to confront the man with the gun to make sure everything is alright. They're completely educated, it's just these retards think they should bait the cops out and call them on their "corruption" when it's just the cops trying to make sure everything is safe and legal. If the cops didn't stop people for open carrying, people might get away with illegal weapons.
The law should be changed, then. You can't have a law stating it's perfectly fine to open carry, but then you hold those that do so at gun point just for walking down a street. [editline]march[/editline] should people be stopped and questioned by the police at gunpoint just because an officer can't guess whether you may potentionally be hiding a nuclear explosive under your clothes? [editline]march[/editline] should people be stopped and questioned by the police for smoking cigarettes in public just because an officer can't guess whether there's marijuana in there?
Yes with all the crazies running around shooting up schools and whatnot, the most logical thing to do is flash a rifle to a police officer.

That said I wouldn't want to carry my AR, that thing banging against my knee all day would be annoying as fuck. And yes, the Cops do have to respond to every call involving a gun, what they don't have to do is go all insane on the guy. The first Cop could have simply questioned him, then everyone could have moved on after a short chat.
"dey ha brut a k9"
I'm rating you dumb because you can't even raise a proper argument against my points and instead resort to calling me out for trying to spark a flamewar.
"Oh yeah, let's promote our rights by carrying a big gun out in public, it totally won't scare anybody!"
You're as bad as the people in the video with that second paragraph. People are not stopped for potentially hiding weapons, they are stopped for showing off weapons that are potentially dangerous. If cops didn't stop people, there would probably be a lot more murders since people are just so freely allowed to take their real dangerous weapons anywhere. but cops are fukken pigs amirite????
Again, they did nothing illegal by carrying that rifle. Doesn't matter what you think might happen, that's the way they choose live there, and it works, I should know because the laws in Idaho where I live are even more relaxed than those in Nevada, never been shot at or even threatened by anybody. Murders are practically unheard of and more people get punched to death than shot to death here.
Dumb cunt.
I love how the cops keep looking at her as if they're thinking that.
I will never understand people trying to 'test' the police by doing shit and expecting the police to nicely ask the men if he has a permission to carry that weapon. For all the cop knows, he might have gone mad and could start shooting any second now. I think this happened a few times before which was also recorded, someone carrying a gun out in the open just to record the 'police brutality'.
As someone that lives outside the states, I didn't know about Nevada letting you open carry anything. However I do believe the cop is justified in being that cautious since a proper AR15 could potentially fuck shit up.
Yeah, there are a lot of people who don't know the law and so they call the Cops. It's getting to be less of a problem where I live as there have been a couple highly publicized demonstrations inside the state capital though (This is technically illegal as it is a government building but the police decided to allow it). The issue in this case is the heavy handedness of the first officer. The second guy seemed to be polite and gentle when he took the rifle off the guy, something tells me that if he had been the first responder it'd have gone different.
I know nothing of open carrying laws in the U.S as I'm from the UK so feel free to rate me dumb. But shouldn't he have a proper holster or something for the weapon and not have it loosely hanging from his shoulder. Anyone could grab that off him with an instant and start wrecking shit up. Something like this?
Just walkin to the supermarket with my assault rifle what, that's perfectly normal what if a mountain lion came or worse, a guy with an assault rifle
Who is the retarded guy that came up with this open carry law?

Something like this?
Nope, not required. The only thing you can't do is carry it in such a way that it requires you to hold onto it with your hands, the gun is to remain slung or holstered unless there's a need for it to be drawn. I've actually yelled at someone for doing this once, guy was walking around a shop with a rifle like he just got off a Cowwadoody marathon and I told him to carry it properly on his shoulder or get rid of it, then showed him how. Problem solved. And I really doubt someone would be able to take that gun off him. It's a lot harder to disarm someone like that than you'd think as they don't usually let you do it without a fight.
Who is the retarded guy that came up with this open carry law?
That would be the people of Nevada.
You'd have to lift the sling over the person's head while grabbing the AR15 itself with the other hand. What's probably going to happen is your victim is just going to grab the gun itself with both hands and you're going to get either shot, held at gunpoint while the police come, or run away and get arrested later.
Why do these idiots have to go like "OH MY RIGHTS THE AMENDMENSTSH" Just answer the fucking questions and they'll let you go in like 2 minutes and be done with it.
Why do these idiots have to go like "OH MY RIGHTS THE AMENDMENSTSH" Just answer the fucking questions and they'll let you go in like 2 minutes and be done with it.
Look at his channel, all he fucking does is try to paint cops as these assholes you'd see in a dystopian setting. I'm surprised he hasn't realized how much of a dumbass he is yet.
Why do these idiots have to go like "OH MY RIGHTS THE AMENDMENSTSH" Just answer the fucking questions and they'll let you go in like 2 minutes and be done with it.
It's not that they had no business stopping him, it's the way they asked, or the way the first Cop did in this case. Most of the time the Cop will just walk up to you, ask how you're doing, then satisfied you're being safe he'll just shake your hand and wish you a good day. Won't even take the gun off you or draw his own so long as you aren't threatening him. So there's your 2 minutes, you're treated politely and with dignity (So long as you return the favor that is) and you part ways on good terms. What you guys have to understand is that in areas like this, carrying a gun is not considered a big deal by a lot of people to the point it's everyday life. We don't have tons of murders either.
Look at his channel, all he fucking does is try to paint cops as these assholes you'd see in a dystopian setting. with that hair he should've been shot on the spot
