Honestly this the most ive ever laughed at a youtube video, not even exaggerating. I did have a thread earlier about it but its so old and long time ago and honestly i think this video deserves its own post because its so funny
i'm subbed to the polygon youtube channel almost exclusively for monster factory ever since touch the skyrim got yoinked because of the thing i don't think there's been a single bad episode
Monster Factory is a wonderful series. Adult Cool lives within all of us
these dudes are saints Their fallout 4 series had me laughing my ass off like every second as well
The McElroys put out consistently good content across all their projects. I highly recommend the My Brother, My Brother, and Me podcast or TV show.
Speaking of the McElroy's other works, their The Adventure Zone podcast is lovely. Their "Balance" arc is a homebrew D&D campaign with Griffin as the DM and Justin, Travis and Papa Clint as the players. Lots of goofs, lots of nerd shit and surprisingly a lot of touching and dramatic moments. If you want an easy to listen to, high intrigue high fantasy adventure, check it out. They also have newer arcs which I've not yet listened to, but they have different settings, characters and DMs! If you feel Balance is too long to get into right now, you might appreciate these first/instead. Okay enough plugging their other stuff. Monster Factory is consistently really, really good for laughs. They play games wrong so well.
I also feel like theres undue hate towards the polygon youtube cast, because of their association with the main polygon site. I think theyre mostly disconnected from all the weird articles on there

They make video content like this but they also have their podcast empire to run.

Initially Justin was managing editor and Griffin was deputy news editor, so I guess they reduced their involvement as their popularity grew
I liked their Adventure Zone podcast at first but it kind of fell apart towards the end, I've been trying to find another good D&D play podcast but most of them have garbage mic quality.
As a bonus, treat yourself if you haven't already. Their second life series is a journey.

Death series is turning out to be very interesting. It's less of a full D&D series and more of an exploration of obscure tabletop systems, so it may not be exactly what you are looking for.
