I'm on the fence about this one. On one hand I can see what he's getting at but on the other I also understand why Capcom did what they did.
It's only on PS4 and PC because Microsoft didn't want to have it compete with Killer Instinct for Xbox One owners' attention.

Not the same situation.
Titanfall was a new IP while SF isn't and was on both systems last gen. It's easy to see why people would be upset about SF being a PS4/PC only game, but that was Microsoft's fault.

If Capcom put it exclusively on Xbox, everyone would be flipping their shit.
Exclusivity is bad regardless of which console it is on.

No offense, but why would you get an Xbone for fighting games in the first place? KI's great and all, but just about literally every other FG dev is Japanese and infinitely more likely to release on PS4, especially considering the Xbone's commercial failure in Japan.
The reason why I feel like this is not as big as a problem as some people are making it out to be is, at least for the FGC most players tend to lean toward one console, and the other still has players but not as many or they aren't as good. I feel like with PC and PS4 together it will finally get rid of that problem.

Lol no its really not. Exclusivity is the best thing for games on consoles. It lets developers focus on a singluar system and push it to its limits, instead of needing to cut a shitload of corners to make it run multi-plat.
Why do you think some of the best console games, hell just games, tend to be exclusive to a platform? Also in my experience they tend to be far less buggy and run better than multiplats.

Probably because people are usually pretty ignorant to the market in terms of things like Japan, so they figured, "Hey, the tournaments usually ran 360s, they'll probably run Xbox Ones this go around."
