When they discover that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the two least-qualified men imaginable, to assassinate Kim Jong-un."
this is going to be FUCKING AMAZING
You'd think that they'd at least do a sound-a-like name instead of his actual name. Imagine what would happen if a foreign country did a movie about assassinating the president. That would not be taken lightly.
Looks good, looking forward to this.
But it's okay if we do a movie about assassinating a country's president!?!?
Depends on how the movie pans out. If the plotline ends up being pro-Kim Jong Un this could be really great for relations!
I surprisingly tasteful trailer, this could actually be really great. I loved Pineapple Express and I thought This is the End was ok.
This movie is going to start shit, I just know it. Not a war, but shit.
But it's okay if we do a movie about assassinating a country's president!?!?
When it's Kim Jong Un, absolutely.
While I think the movie will be great, the trailer itself makes it look bad to me.
the message on the missiles says "war will begin" the message underneath the names says "don't listen to these ignorant american idiots" the messages to the left and right is just "the interview" phonetically translated to "inn tuh bew"
It would be funny if Kim Jung Un actually likes it Like how Hitler apparently liked Charlie Chaplin's The Great Dictator [sp]Might be wrong on that one though[/sp]
I dunno I think I'll only watch it for Lizzy Caplan.
I love all Seth's movies, they are just so easy and enjoyable to watch.
It's by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogan, I haven't been disappointed by any of their films yet, although the trailer makes it look bad. Also it looks like the ending is in the trailer [sp] They steal his baby [/sp]
