Its like that in everything daft-punk sings themselves on tho.
In-fact the auto-tune/singing in this is actually pretty good, the only reason the filter is there is because "daftpunk".
Daft Punk are autotuned because they're robots. I think it's Guy-Man singing, and if he wasn't autotuned it would sound really odd considering their robot personas
