smh at "it's just rugby with padding"
Well...it kind of is...
Football isn't like rugby. Rugby is like football. :eng101:
such punchable faces.
Football isn't like rugby. Rugby is like football. :eng101:
I don't see the similarity. For instance, holding the ball with your hands is not allowed in football.
I don't see the similarity. For instance, holding the ball with your hands is not allowed in football.
He's thinking of American Football. Not The rest of the worlds Football. Which they call soccer for some weird reason.
He's thinking of American Football. Not The rest of the worlds Football. Which they call soccer for some weird reason.
Soccer is an abbreviation of Association Football which was invented to differentiate from Gridiron Football which is the American sport. Interestingly Rugby is also technically a form of football although it's full title hasn't been used for a while.
I don't see the similarity. For instance, holding the ball with your hands is not allowed in football.
That's why it's called handegg
Well...it kind of is...
it's really not if you actually watch it / look into it further, i have arguments about it w/ english people all the time [sp]also rugby is really boring compared to football[/sp]
it's really not if you actually watch it / look into it further, i have arguments about it w/ english people all the time
phwoar sounds like it would get pretty intense
Football isn't like rugby. Rugby is like football. :eng101:
Doesn't make sense. Football isn't actually a game historically. It's just that some parts of the world call soccer 'football'. Football is a collective term for ball games. For example, England's governing body for rugby is the RFU, Rugby Football Union, because that's the full title of the sport. America hasn't exactly got it wrong when they call football 'soccer', it's just that they haven't really got any reason to change it.
How most British people describe these British people: "Cynical Wankers" "Twats" "Have faces that even mothers couldn't love"
Guys, I think we all got over the football vs football internet argument when we were 13. lol @ the dude who gets the civil war and tgiv mixed up.
