I hate this style, the original is infinitely better.
First it was your new favorite show. Now it's your new favorite movie.
"Pokémon GO to the polls!" was better.
why can't they make something good like more batman beyond
why can't they make something good like more batman beyond
Laziness.
Or they might not have the license for it.
why can't they make something good like more batman beyond
Because action cartoons don't make money anymore. DC's relegating their action cartoons to CW and their streaming service like Young Justice S3
I unironically like TTG.
They just need to not show so much of it because I also like some other shows.
Boy I can't wait to see shitty tween flash animation on the big screen.
shit now that's the only thing i'll be able to watch at the theatre too
Please go away with this garbage, I want the original TT not this bastardization.
Taking a note from RLM: "Fuck you, it's Teen Titans Go!"
Seriously? They make a fart joke for their big budget movie? I thought they'd use better humor for this.
Guys...what if....what if this is all a huge ploy and the movie is actually the second Teen Titans movie that effectively revives the old series?
Nah, in order for that to happen, CN would have to give a fuck.
why can't they make something good like more batman beyond
Every time they make something good, CN cancels it. Young Justice, Green Lantern: TAS, Beware the Batman, etc.
CN must have a lot of faith in this when the last movie they put out, The Powerpuff Girls movie failed at the box office

My guess is that the show costs little enough to produce that it's not too big of a risk for them.
I have a feeling that it'll be more financially successful than the original PPG movie since more kids seem to love TTG.

IIRC CN doesn't even make the show internally, it's technically licensed from DC.
The first mainstream theatrical 2D animated movie in ages and it's THIS SHIT?
If only it was a giant prank and it tricked us all because it's actually a real Teen Titans movie that kicks off the continuation. Hhhhhh

Also, merch
I bet it will do better than most DC movies, hilariously.
Usually Youtube comments are pretty cancer buuuuuut...

I'm also inclined to agree. :v:
Fucking hell, was constant marathons of the show not enough?

Thought I'd drop Cartoon Network's very interesting 2017 Christmas schedule in here. Nothing but Teen Titans Go for a whole goddamn week, save for half an hour of Steven Universe on Friday night.
(Note: 'Night Begins to Shine' is also TTG.)
I liked the Aquaman joke. That was it.

It's the year 2020.
Everything on Cartoon Network has been consumed by Teen Titans Go.
All anyone in the offices talk about airing is Teen Titans Go.
They live, breathe and die for Teen Titans Go.
The last remaining survivors of the TTG pandemic have fled to other networks, fearing they too might be assimilated by their soon to be favorite show.
