This is awesome, the silent movie style really works in favor of the comedy for these. Voice acting would ruin it I think, except for small sound clips. Keep making them like this!

Well the outro is used to link people our previous episodes, for those who are new to our series. We put it on the end, so the watchers are not forced to see it. So there shouldn't be no problem.
I really like it, but work a bit harder on the effects. If you got the budget for it, get Action Essentials 2, a collection of pre-keyed stock footage.

And yes, we aim to present familiar jokes of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. community together with original sketches, on which we are working. We aimed to start with familiar jokes as an entry point into the community. Worry not, we have our own little surprises and in due time (each week) you'll see them!

As a little bit of critique from a film making perspective, it could have been much shorter and still convey the same information. This is good for a short work because the jokes have more impact and your viewer is less likely to get bored.
For example, when he dumps the items out of the medkit, that could have taken a lot less time and if anything been a lot funnier. I did listen without sound (at work) so if there is important sound it could be less of a problem.
But it's good to make anything, so please do continue!

In my opinion, you could've shortened this. The comedy comes from how quick it is, so the audience doesn't think about it for too long. Other than that, it's still funny for me, keep going. This could turn out pretty cool.
