Wasn't the reasoning for this something like the exams being a thing and students need to be able to vent and clear their heads a bit?

we don't genuinely scream in terror over anything.
Almost exactly like my neighbourhood except that we have a drunk guy who just keeps yelling "Shut up!"

I want to move to Sweden now and do that every night.
I used to live there for a while. Somebody told me about it before I moved there but I completely forgot about it. I thought somebody was being murdered in the streets outside. I looked out my window and there wasn't a single person outside, yet you heard the screams of a large crowd. It was really spooky. :v:
I live there, it's a tradition so it happens every Tuesday at 22:00, supposedly started as an outlet for exam stress: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lappk%C3%A4rrsberget
Screaming at the top of your lungs is great though, just happy to live somewhere where it's considered normal :v:

Huh, so i did read it right.
I guess somebody misunderstood the use of the word "fun" when they wrote it.
