I've never posted in the Hardware and Software section before and I don't really know where else to ask this question, but I'm getting strange artifacts of flickering pixels in one portion of the screen (Not huge though) whenever I'm in game. I've experienced this since about a year ago. It's an AMD R7 260X 2GB DDR3 and I have never missed in updating drivers. Sometimes I get it when I'm just on the desktop or watching a Youtube video, it disappears for a long time only to return again at random. Could my GPU be failing ? Or is it a tempreature problem ?
Here's a picture of said artifact while playing Fallout 4

Edit:
I'm a beginner when it comes to stuff like these, so I don't know much.
What temperatures are you running at? Also yeah, your GPU is the likely culprit and you should look into buying a new one or at least start pricing one out. 2GB of VRAM isn't hardly enough anymore, so it's not a bad time to upgrade.
