haven't seen a lot of his movies really, so I gotta say Terminator 2. The motorcycle/shotgun scene is cool. Combines the coolest way of transportation to the coolest deadly weapon.

In the original version, they dubbed his voice over since his English sucked. But in the DVD-version of the movie they included his real voice as a bonus feature.

I think Terminator 1 and 2 are out of competition. They take all the fame so I didn't consider them. Of course they're super awesome
