This is going to be amazing and a clusterfuck
I mean ya Captain America is strong and all, but is he actually 'completely block Thanos's punch' strong? It feels like he failed at weaker things in the movies before. Then again I haven't read that many comics so it's probably something that actually happened in one of the comics. Who knows.
I expect in the actual scene, Thanos is gonna be like 'psht kid I was jus' playin' and throw him a good 20 feet to the left.
A snap of the fingers you say? You mean like this? https://i.imgur.com/fIXWxZP.jpg
Got high hopes for this, Thor Ragnarok and Black Panther have been great.
Eh, Thor was one of the best MCU movies recently, whereas BP was one of the worst MCU movies released
Cap is the one that is the last one standing in the comic.
Oh man, all of the armor looks gorgeous.
Just because a movie didn't resonate with you doesn't make it bad though. Both movies were fantastic.
What
easy people, he means Blart Paul, mall cop.
It didn't really look to be a punch, just a grab. It was a bit overhyped but far from the worst of the MCU movies.
I feel like a lot of the buzz around Black Panther was that it was a "black culture!" film for Americans. Which got me confused and a bit discredulous as to why American racial issues have to be imposed on a movie set in Africa. I think to a lot of non-Americans, the movie just smacks of ignorance and the amount of casual disrespect of the outside world and other cultures just drown out whatever people keep insisting that it's supposed to do for American race-relations or whatever. I guess to a lot of people, it's just a bad socio-political film that panders to its audience while throwing cultural respect for other countries and places under the bus. But that's just my take on why people aren't exactly impressed with it...
I highly recommend you never go and say that in public.
My main concern is there will be way too many characters and stories going on that the movie will end up being a mess. But it does look pretty good, and that's coming from someone getting a burn out from Marvel.
I'm super excited for this. Marvel's done a surprisingly great job with the MCU, and it's been 10 years of building to this.
Fairly stoked for this altho I've missed Black Panther thus far. Probably need to go check that out soon before it completely disappears from theaters.
uh oh, I think they forgot to post Tony; he's still in T-pose
he's not exactly stopping a punch https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/210475/3d9346df-2b87-4235-9ce8-4712bbb3b4b8/image.png he's just kinda stopping his hand from moving down
Black Panther was kinda weak. The villain was good but the rest was just standard.
The fuck is Stark doing in this hahahahaha
i clapped
Haven't seen Black Panther yet but have seen Thor 3, personally I think these movies have been on a roll lately. Which is good because I began to lose interest around AoU up to Civil War.
I CLAPPED WHEN I SAW CAPTAIN AMERICA!!
Yeah, I'm half and half on this. It looks really good, and I hope it will be done way better than Avengers 2. However, there are a lot of characters to keep track of, and you know they have to give everyone their special moment in the film. I don't remember who said it in the Teaser thread but I think their prediction will be spot on with; [sp]Everyone but a few characters dying/being defeated then you have Dr. Strange rewind time for Part 2[/sp] I'll just be glad that these movies will finally be done with.... until Marvel milks out another 50.
oh nice it will release a few days after my final year project is due! Now I'm hyped
It comes out on my birthday. I'm fucken hyped for Hawkeye's return
Super hyped for this, this movie has ten years of hype building up to it
