KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- United Airlines says it's investigating after mistakenly flying a Kansas family's dog to Japan.
United Airlines
United what are you even doing
So when will United either go out of business or be bought out by someone else?
What the hell does that even mean, dogs don't look the same, their carriers might be the same but I gurantee those two breeds do not even KIND of weight the same amount unless the Dane is young or the Shepard is made out of lead.
The airline said the kennels were similar.
So is that normal? Just go off the look of the kennel?
I imagine they would scan something before tossing an animal on a plane?
"Just be happy it survived the flight."
Maybe United should take a break and sort themselves out.
You have no idea how much I appreciate the Wizard of Oz reference. But yeah, just United being United again.
Are airlines secretly in competition to see what's the stupidest things they can do?
At this point it's more of a competition to see what they have to do before people stop buying tickets through them.
Yeah, except United is the only one that entered, and it's determined to win.
sounds like a premise for a direct to dvd dog movie from 2003 that you would see a trailer for in one of the 3 Disney sequel dvds that no one but you bought and the trailer basically spoils like half the film and also the dvd has those coming soon to home video bumpers before you can actually watch Aladdin 2 return of Jaffar, which are unskippable and they play every single time you pop in the dvd
Why would anyone in their right mind buy an organization that's repeatedly this incompetent... how would you even go about overhauling that mess?
What's up with airports and fucking up luggage? Even more so a living animal. Does no one give a shit about their job?
You can just keep the name and get rid of everything else.
The name itself is cursed
Can you imagine the shit show that would ensue if another dog died
United flew the dog back home on a chartered private jet.

Damn straight they should
I'm becoming amazed with United airlines' abilities to fuck up every time.
