Ideas for a background - General

I really have no idea what to use for a background, any suggestions?

I personally cut up a bunch of my favorite Steam profile backgrounds and made a few different backgrounds for me to play around with.

So in the end I made it the old-fashioned way. I used a template so hopefully the avatar and the background are perfectly synchronized. Also I have too much free time lately :/

I thought the backgrounds can't be animated?

I wonder will Garry get annoyed about your fancy animated background.

It simply says "and should not be animated", it might mean that overly flashy backgrounds will get deleted or all animated backgrounds will eventually be disabled. Might be the safest thing not to go for an epilepsy inducing one.

What I am about to say isn't related at all to your post but loving the background you have.

I had an idea, but I don't think blues can have an animated background, can they?

No one can have animated backgrounds, we are cheating the system and using animated pngs

How can you make one of those?
